Understanding the Role of Each Finger in Chakra Healing

Role of Each Finger in Chakra Healing

The position of the hands during meditation is important for the successful implementation of techniques. In practice, such positions are called mudras. To perform them, the hands must be held in a special way. Let’s look at several examples of how to hold your fingers correctly during meditation: this will help in mastering and applying the practice, as well as in solving certain health problems. So, see below chakra healing fingers.

Effective Mudras For Chakra Healing:

When you work with information and light, your hands are relaxed, and you lie on your knees with your palms up. So, see below the effective mudras.

Knowledge:

This position of the fingers during meditation relieves emotional stress, improves thinking, and activates memory. The index finger should be connected to the pad of the thumb, the rest should be straightened, but not strained.

Life:

Performing this combination during meditation helps to strengthen vitality, and increase efficiency, and endurance. It is performed correctly as follows: connect the tips of the thumb, ring finger, and little finger, and keep the rest freely straightened.

Water:

Water is one of the 5 primary elements that make up our body and the Earth. Without it, all life on the planet is unthinkable. This position is recommended for meditators with liver disease, bloating, and excess mucus in the lungs. Correct execution: bend the little finger of your right hand so that it touches the base of your thumb, and clasp your right hand from below with your left hand.

Earth:

This mudra helps improve your self-esteem and protects against negatively charged energies from the outside. The thumb and ring fingers are connected to each other with their pads, the rest are kept straight.

Energy:

There is no life without energy. The entire Universe is permeated with energy fields that constantly interact with each other. This position helps remove poisons and toxins from the body and cleanse it. The pads of the thumb, middle, and ring fingers should be connected together, the rest should be freely straightened.

Finger Mudras For Chakras:

Just like everything else in nature, we are symmetrical and harmoniously beautiful.  Our hands and feet correspond to our bodily chakras in this way:

Pinky Finger/Toe: First Chakra, Tailbone, Legs & Feet, Earth

Ring Finger/Toe: Second Chakra, Pelvis & Genitals, Water

Middle Finger/Toe: Third Chakra, Solar Plexus, Fire

Pointer Finger/Toe: Fourth Chakra, Heart, Air

Thumb/Big Toe: Fifth Chakra, Throat, Sound

What Is Important To Remember:

You should not perform all hand combinations without analysis. There will be no harm from this, but to listen to your body more correctly and usefully. Over time, or if you want to get results faster, on the advice of an experienced meditation mentor, you can create a system of mudras that is right for you.
