Beginner Mudras For Chakras:

While using Mudra Chikitsa, it must be kept in mind that the Mudra suggested for a specific time period should be done for that time only. Do not do it for more time than that, otherwise, instead of benefit, it can cause harm. Today, under Mudra Chikitsa, we are telling you the remedies for some such diseases, which have become common in today’s fast-paced lifestyle of cities.

Surya Mudra:

It provides us with the heat and energy of the sun and keeps the body agile. In winter, doing this Mudra for 15-15 minutes upon waking up in the morning and before sleeping at night is very beneficial.

Mudra Method:

This mudra is made by placing the ring finger (third finger from the thumb) on the base of the thumb and applying light pressure on it. While doing this mudra, the other three fingers should be kept straight. This mudra should be done for 15-15 minutes two or three times a day.

Vyana Mudra:

This mudra is amazingly beneficial in both high and low blood pressure. In this mudra, a balance is created between the elements of fire, air and sky. Do this mudra with both hands.

Mudra Method:

Join the front parts of the thumb, index finger, and middle finger (second finger from the thumb) and keep the other two fingers straight. Make a similar mudra with both hands and remain like this for at least 30 minutes.

Asthma Mudra:

As the name suggests, this mudra is very beneficial for respiratory and asthma patients. This mudra is especially beneficial when an asthma attack occurs and if asthma patients follow this mudra regularly, they get unexpected benefits.

Mudra Method:

Bend the middle fingers of both hands join their nails together and keep all the other fingers and thumbs straight. This should be done five times a day for five minutes each.

Sandhi Mudra:

Sandhi means joint. With the help of this mudra, one can get relief from pain in any joint of the body. Nowadays, due to a lack of time, people are not able to exercise. Also, due to the wrong way of getting up and sitting, our muscles become weak, and sometimes even a slight jolt causes a lot of pain. To avoid such things, this mudra should be done regularly.

Mudra Method:

Join the front part of the right-hand thumb with the front part of the ring finger and the front part of the left-hand thumb with the front part of the middle finger. Keep both hands in this mudra for 15 minutes. In case of pain in the knees, along with this mudra, massage around the knee with mustard oil, but keep in mind that the massage should not be done above the knee.
